Rooms by Greta Ilieva

Rooms began in 2017 when Greta started photographing her friends, acquaintances, and strangers lying nude in their bedrooms.

There is an inalienable relation between person and object such that the object itself—the bed—is charged with its own psychic significance and characterful agency. Made up, unmade, clean, cavernous, beds and bodies maintain a visceral intimacy.
