Dominick Sheldon is a British photographer and director currently based between Los Angeles and Kyoto. He is the co-founder of 834 MIBU, a photographic arts residency and seasonally curated library located in Kyoto. Through his use of portraiture and beauty as a medium, Sheldon challenges and dissolves preconceptions and social barriers. His work navigates delicate boundaries to forge intimate, powerful connections with his subjects.
